CONGRATULATIONS to TEAM KENTUCKY for their best-ever performance at the Mid-State Quad All-Star Meet!

Congratulations to Team Kentucky on their 2nd place finish over Team Ohio and Team Michigan at the Mid-State Quad Meet held at the IUPUI facility in Indianapolis, Indiana the weekend of January 7-8, 2012. Team Kentucky finished behind Team Indiana and beat Ohio by only 70 points to finish in second. A meet record was set in the Men's 400 Free Relay (Rogers, Younger, Doyle, Deaton) and a new State Record was set by Nicolas Albiero in the 50 back.

This year the team was comprised of 66 swimmers representing 15 teams from Kentucky. Individual champions included Gabi Albiero, Nic Albiero, Chase Baldwin, Keefer Barnum, Hope Clark, Evan Doyle, Alli Erena, Brooke Forde, Rachel Hughes, Morgan Lakes, Colleen McDermott, Grace Oglesby, Matthew Rogers, and Cameron Younger.

The team was led by coaches Amy Albiero, Laura Kehrt, and Pedro Pereira. Congrats, TEAM KENTUCKY!!
